Welcome to the Boosty website (hereinafter: "the Site"), operated by Shay Baker (hereinafter: "the Operator" or "the Company"). Browsing and using the site, including purchasing the services offered on it, are subject to your full agreement to the terms detailed in these regulations. Please read these terms carefully before continuing to browse or purchasing any service. Your use of the site constitutes your explicit and unqualified consent to these terms of use.

1. Services Offered on the Site

The site offers organic promotion and growth services on the social networks Instagram and TikTok (hereinafter: "the Services"). The services are intended for business owners, creators, and influencers who wish to increase exposure, engagement, and follower count on their pages.

We use advanced systems to target and locate target audiences, but it is clarified that the service is based on organic activity, and therefore the growth rate and results also depend on the quality of content on the user's page, the nature of activity, and external variables of the social network platforms (Instagram and TikTok).

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

• The cost of the service is ₪599 per month for a single platform, and ₪1,099 per month for the combined package, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the site.
• The service is a monthly recurring subscription, and without any long-term commitment. The user may cancel the subscription at any time.
• All prices displayed on the site may change from time to time at the sole discretion of the site operator.

3. Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The user may cancel the subscription to the service at any time by sending a written notice to the email or WhatsApp of the site operator, at least 3 business days before the next billing date.
• Upon cancellation of the service, no further charges will be made, and the service will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Since these are digital services and actual work is performed, no partial or full refund will be given for a period in which the service was already active and work was performed.

4. User Obligations

The user undertakes:

• Not to use the site or services for illegal, offensive, or violating purposes of the terms of use of the social networks themselves (Instagram and TikTok).
• To provide correct and accurate information when contacting or purchasing a service.
• Not to disrupt the proper operation of the site or the systems used by it.

5. Limitation of Liability

The site operator makes many efforts to provide a high-quality and stable service. However, it is clarified that the services are provided "As-Is". The site operator will not bear liability for any direct, indirect, accidental, or consequential damage caused to the user or their page on the social network as a result of using the services, including changes in the algorithm of social networks, temporary restrictions on pages, or actions taken by the companies operating the social networks (Meta / ByteDance).

6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property on this site, including the site design, source code, texts, logos, and trademarks, belong exclusively to the site operator. Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, or make any commercial use of these materials without receiving prior written permission.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction in any matter related to this agreement will be vested in the competent courts in the Southern District (Ashkelon).
